On full payment of your order, we will dispatch it within 2 days and we will deliver it to you within 5 days of dispatch. This holds from orders in India only.

The following general returns policy is applicable for all items sold through Evia’s website

in general, an item may be eligible for return or refund within the applicable return/refund window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

i. was delivered in a damaged condition
ii. has missing part or accessory
iii. is different from what was ordered
iv.  is different form the description on eviacare.in
v. if paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account within 5 days
